Our order process is conducted by Paddle.com. Paddle.com is our Merchant of Record for payments, billing, tax handling, subscription management, customer billing support, cancellations, and refund handling.

By purchasing our products or services, you agree to our Terms and Conditions and Refund Policy, and payment is processed securely by Paddle.

Service

AdShield provides a private Meta Ads automation workspace for monitoring imported ad accounts, applying user-controlled rules, sending alerts, and recording automation logs.

Payments, Billing, and Subscriptions

Payments, billing, subscription management, cancellations, and refund handling are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.

When you purchase a subscription, you agree to Paddle’s checkout process and billing terms.

Subscription renewals, cancellations, and billing support are handled through Paddle using the links provided in the purchase receipt, subscription management email, or customer account billing section.

Refund requests must follow our Refund Policy and must be submitted through Paddle.

User control

You are responsible for the Meta accounts you connect, the rules you create, and the automation settings you enable. AdShield acts only according to configured rules.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the system, or use AdShield in violation of Meta, Paddle, or applicable laws.

AdShield is provided as a private MVP. Features may change as the product improves. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
