Data deletion instructions

AdShield users can request deletion of account data, Meta connection data, selected ad account records, workspace settings, automation rules, automation logs, analytics reports, and Telegram notification settings.

How to request deletion

Send a deletion request to support@geniuslab.agency from the email address used for your AdShield account. Include the subject line "AdShield data deletion request".

What we delete

After verifying the request, we delete or anonymize workspace data associated with the requesting account, including saved Meta access tokens, imported Meta ad account records, rule settings, automation logs, notification settings, and generated reports, except where retention is required for security, billing, legal, or fraud-prevention purposes.

Meta connection removal

Users can also remove AdShield's access from their Facebook settings by visiting Facebook Settings, opening Business Integrations or Apps and Websites, selecting AdShield, and removing the app.

Timing

We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days. We may contact you if more information is required to verify ownership of the account.
